Oliver Swift Ltd was founded by Austin Merrett, co-creator of OMDDMS®, the established global standard for Operating Model Transformation, currently on Version 4.
Headquartered at New Broad Street in the City of London, Oliver Swift serves clients across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the United States.
Austin has 25 years of experience leading operating model transformation programmes across financial services (Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, Virgin Money), healthcare (NHS Digital), nuclear energy (EDF Nuclear New Build, Hinkley Point C). OMDDMS®courses have been delivered to the Scottish Government, the Danish MOD, the Australian Government, and a global retailer.
